Led by our Spartan SGX instructor Will Petty, we have created the ultimate Spartan training set up. The key is to build up a good base of strength and endurance. Our Spartan set up gives you the obstacles to training on, the equipment to training with and the expertise to learn from.
There are a number of different areas you need to build up in order to be Spartan race ready:

We have built the ultimate spartan set up to help you train towards your next Spartan Race. Obstacles are a key element to your training and getting race ready. We advise you learn the techniques required to complete the obstacles fully then step up your training and get used to completing the obstacles when you are tired and sweaty. Monkey bars are a much harder to complete when you hands a muddy and sweaty!
