Jessica Hinton

Jess is the founder of the Ministry of Fitness. Passion and heart underpins everything she does and she is ready to inject her energy into your fitness regime. From a competitive trampoline athlete background she will be the lead for all Bootcamp-Trampoline Fitness with her true expertise lying in Trampoline Coaching. She also has first hand experience of military fitness as an ex British Army Officer.

Erica is an enthusiastic and energetic coach who is ready to inject energy into your fitness regime. She will be predominantly the lead for all Bootcamp -Military and National Service Fitness. Her true expertise lies in first hand experience of Military fitness as a current British Army Officer, she also majors in rugby specific Strength and Conditioning.

Dee has a wealth of experience training and coaching NS recruits and Remedial NS soldiers. He is an excellent motivator and his passion is HIIT and Group classes. He is our lead for NS Bootcamps and preparation classes and also conducts our Military Bootcamps. Prepare to feel inspired and motivated in Dee’s classes.
