Our Spartan Bootcamps are delivered by Sean Camp, Singapore Spartan Ambassador and Spartan Group Exercise coach (SGX). A fully qualified fitness professional Sean will help you prepare for your next big Spartan race.
During the Bootcamp session you can expect to be using our purpose built obstacle rig as well as using a number of exercises aimed at building up the strength and fitness for tackling the Spartan obstacles.
From running up and down the stairs to squat & press with power bags we will prepare you for your next event.

Spartan Bootcamp FAQs
+ What kit do I need to bring?
You need to bring your Gym Kit & Trainers. Ensure you bring a water bottle; We provide the towels and have water despensers for you to refil. Please feel free to bring any gloves or race accessories you wish to use for your races.
+ Who are Spartan Bootcamps suitable for?
Our Spartan Bootcamps are aimed for those preparing for a Spartan race or other obstacle races however our Spartan sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness.
Our sessions will push you so make sure you bring your all!
+ Do you have obstacles?
Yes! We have a purpose built Obstacle Rig with climbing ropes, monkey bars & rings. We plan to expand our obstacle rig in good time to evelove our obstacles and allow you to practice other specific obstacles for the Spartan Race.
Spartan Group Training (SGX)
A Spartan Group Training coach is trained by world class Spartan Racers. The Qualification is from the official Spartan brand and designed to provide Spartan Race specific training, done properly.
